Downloads form your time of order you have 24 hours to complete your download. Note: due to the large size of the HD video files it may take over 2 hours to complete your download.

To locate your downloads log in to you account and view "My Account" "Previous Orders" select "view" select "download" to begin downloading file.

Shipping USB drive are shipped via US post office. Any product shipped with free shipping are sent standard mail.

 Returns

Return are excepted on defective hardware product for exchange. Return shipping cost is paid by customer. Replacement product will be shipped back to customer via US post office. Because you are purchasing video media we do not offer refunds on product.
